Programmes are general education and entertainment. They are not a property valuation, property listing, legal or tax guidance, personalised financial advice or a guarantee of returns. Rights

Property TV Australia and its licensors retain rights in their original material. The video credits page identifies third-party Creative Commons material and its respective licences. You may view programmes through the authorised player, but must not copy and rebroadcast the original channel as a whole without permission. Nothing here restricts rights granted separately by third-party open licences.

Contributing footage

Contact us before supplying agent walkthroughs or other third-party footage. Content providers must have the necessary filming, privacy, music, talent, branding and distribution rights for commercial online and television use. We do not imply any agent or brand endorses our programming.

Availability and consumer rights

Programmes and the player may be interrupted or changed. To the extent permitted by law, this service is provided without guaranteed availability or accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
